I woke up one morning late.
I usually walk to school so i've got to leave by 7:30 to get to my 8 o'clock class on time. but THIS particular morning, i woke up AT 7:30. You can imagine my panic. I jumped out of bed and was brushing my teeth, trying to decide if i could miss this class. (the answer is NO..) Then my roommate Tasha asks, "do you need a ride? i'm leaving, RIGHT NOW." So in my effort to make sure i didn't leave any of the books i needed (cause that's always bad news when you walk to school... it's not worth walking ALL the way back for a book) i neglected to pay attention to my shoes. They were not the priority. just getting shoes on at all was an accomlishment but making sure i had all my assignments required ALL my focus.
i did notice that my right ankle hurt, but when does it not? So i didnt think it SO abnormal that maybe i should check my shoe.
anyway,
HOURS later! HOURS. Did i say hours, cause it was HOURS later that i finally noticed that i had two completely different shoes on. (They are the same style but different colors.) As i'm noticing and feeling stupid that i went to an ENTIRE class without noticing, i decided to laugh at myself and take a picture to let others laugh with me. That is when i noticed...
They're, both, LEFTS!
DUH!
Clearly, i need more sleep.
